Elevate Outside Plant crews have located the damaged fiber and have begun repairs. The current estimated restoration time (EOR) is 9:00 PM.

Investigating
The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) has identified a service outage affecting the Delta County area. Approximately 100 subscribers are currently without service. Preliminary reports suggest possible fiber damage.
Our field crews are en route to investigate and begin repairs. Updates will be provided here as new information becomes available. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.
