Scheduled - Select Elevate-provided ONT's will be undergoing a planned firmware upgrade. This will cause a brief break in internet connectivity (approximately 5-10 minutes) when the ONT finishes downloading the update and reboots to complete the upgrade process. If you are experiencing issues, please call and place a support ticket with Elevate Technical Support.
