Elevate Service Outage - Montrose and Delta County
Resolved - Per our latest report from the Elevate Outside Plant crews and Elevate Engineering, affected services have now been restored. The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) will continue to monitor the network and impacted subscribers to ensure stability.

Monitoring - Elevate Engineering had identified fiber damage and has rerouted subscriber traffic. The damaged fiber has been located and repairs are underway. Elevate NOC will continue to monitor the situation and post updates as they become available.

Investigating - The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) has identified an outage impacting subscribers in Montrose and Delta County. Our Network Operations Team is actively working to investigate and resolve the problem and restore services as quickly as possible.
