Elevate field crews have identified a damaged fiber path, and repairs are underway.

Investigating

The Elevate Network Operations Center (NOC) has identified a service outage affecting the Hotchkiss area. Approximately 100 subscribers are currently without service.

Our field crews are en route to investigate and begin repairs. Updates will be provided here as new information becomes available. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service as quickly as possible.
