Member Premise Equipment - Firmware Update

The Elevate Network Operations Team will be implementing firmware updates on member premise equipment. This equipment may include, but is not limited to Elevate-provided routers and extenders. End users can expect up to 30 minutes of downtime while their respective equipment is going through its update process. Thank you for your patience as we apply these updates.
