Field crews have reported that the Kinikin Fire is contained to the capacity where they can now safely begin restoration efforts, and DMEA teams are preparing to begin repair work. Power-related work is expected to continue through the night, and Elevate crews are expected to begin fiber repair work at first light once the electric work has been completed. A big thank you to emergency response teams, and of course, thank you for your patience as our field crews safely navigate this outage event.

Fire-related damage has been confirmed. Elevate and DMEA personnel are on-site, but they cannot begin damage assessment and repairs until they are cleared for safe access by emergency personnel. No ETR at this time. Thank you for your patience as we work through this outage event.
