Elevate Network Operations will be performing a firmware upgrade to some of our managed network equipment in homes and businesses. This process will last from midnight to 4 a.m. MST. Estimated downtime for individual devices should be no greater than 15 minutes. If you have any issues after 4 a.m., please contact Elevate Technical Support at 1-844-386-8744.
