Elevate Network Operations and Engineering teams will be conducting a firmware upgrade affecting some of our Head-End/Central Office Equipment in Delta County - this will cause a temporary lapse in service for some customers while the update is being applied within pockets of this region. Customers should expect to be down no more than an hour while this update is applied. We appreciate your patience!
