Planned Fiber Migration - Southern Montrose Area May 1, 2025 00:00-04:00 MDT

Elevate Network Operations and Engineering crews will be migrating fiber over to new head-end equipment. This migration effort will impact subscribers near the Southern Montrose Area. Affected subscribers can expect up to 45 minutes of downtime while their respective fiber is being moved.

Investigating - The Elevate NOC has been made aware of an outage event impacting an area of the Town of Paonia. Approximately 100 subscribers are down. Elevate head end equipment is suspected to have failed. Elevate NOC personnel are en route to investigate and repair. Updates regarding this outage will be posted here as they become available.
